COVID Safety Guidelines

At this time each participant is responsible for their own COVID protocol. During Travel masks are recommended in airports and on planes. At each retreat, we will also practice appropriate hygiene, such as hand-washing, using hand sanitizer, and ventilating the space.

Hygiene Protocols during Groups and Retreats

• After settling in, please immediately wash your hands and wrists for at least 20 seconds using soap and water and regularly thereafter.
• We will encourage participants not to touch above the shoulders or on the face, and we will not share towels.
• Alcohol-based hand sanitizer and or a bleach solution will also be available.
• Wash your hands before interacting with the food or beverage areas.
• If you do cough or sneeze, do it into the crook of your elbow or a facial tissue, not your hands. Throw away the facial tissue immediately and wash your hands again.

• $600 deposit is required at time of registration, $400 of which is non refundable unless the retreat is cancelled.
• $200 of deposit is refundable up until 40 days before the retreat begins.
• Cancellation less than 40 days before retreat begins, deposits are 100% non refundable.
• Full Tuition balance is due 40 days before retreat begins.
• Any cancellation made less than 40 days before retreat begins will in a total loss of funds unless we can fill your space.
• We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if it is not meeting the retreat’s participant minimum OR because of unforeseen COVID restrictions. If either of these occur, we will see that your deposit and tuition are refunded in full.
• Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended when making travel plans.
